Given its proximity to Highway 404, many developments have been taken place along Woodbine Ave in Markham.  A lot of recent attention has been focused on Buttonville area, Cathedraltown, Victoria Manor and Victoria Square.  And yet, there has been relatively few mention about the sub-division of Cachet.
